Mark Budzinski
Managing Member of Corneille Law Group, LLC with offices in Madison and Green Bay. Practice focuses almost exclusively on representing clients in complex civil litigation matters including the defense of health care providers in medical malpractice cases, long term care facilities, and attorneys in legal malpractice cases.
Over the past 15 years Mark has defended hundreds of health care providers, medical facilities, and long-term care facilities in claims involving a wide range of medical specialties in addition to claims involving premises liability, abuse and neglect, negligent hiring, training, and supervision, as well as nursing, dental and legal malpractice. Mark has tried dozens of cases to verdict, many of which included catastrophic injury cases where the alleged damages have exceeded $1,000,000.
Mark became Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate at the age of 36, was selected for inclusion into the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel at the age of 39, and was recently selected for inclusion in the American Board of Trial Advocacy (ABOTA) at the age of 41.
