Gina D. Meierbachtol
Gina Meierbachtol received her Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in 2003 and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009. Prior to attending law school, Gina worked for Bethesda Lutheran Homes managing group homes for developmentally disabled adults.
Her practice covers a wide variety of insurance defense matters, including personal injury defense, premises liability, and construction defect. She also practices medical malpractice defense, and represents medical providers in a variety of licensing issues before the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Chapter of Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, and has published and presented on numerous issues related to civil litigation.
